Aphrodite's Mousse

Ingredient:

6 oz Black Chocolate
One tea-spoon of rhum
2 yolks and 3 albumen
Whipped cream and cinnamon for deck

Method:

Double boil the chocolate, take away from fire and add the yolks and the rhum blending strongly.
Let cool and gently add the whipped albumen.
Pour into single cup and put into fridge for at lest four hour.
Deck whit whipped cream or grated cinnamon according to taste.

You could also melt the chocolate on your partner’s breast and taste it... really Aphrodisiaka!
