Brandy Creme

Ingredients and method:

Whip together and refrigerate
1 lb. Cypress Grove Fromage Blanc
1/2 cup whipped cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar (to taste)
2 tablespoon Brandy (or Amaretto or other liqueur)

Can be chilled in individual molds.
Top with a sauce of warmed berries
Use as a topping for blintzes
Use as a filling for cakes or sweet breads
Use as a dressing for fruit salad

Brandy, firepit and your beautifull girl... could it be more Aphrodisiaka!
