Afrodisiaka Spaghetti
7 oz dry spaghetti
8 oz small tomatoes
2 oz grated bread
4 anchovies
2 garlic cloves crushed
a fistfull of pinoles
chilli peppers
salt and oil
Method:
While you boil the pastas, take a nonstick frying pan and toast the grated bread with a bit of oil, till it came tawny. Take it apart and use the pan for the sauce.
Sizzle the garlic in the oil ads the anchovies and the chilli peppers. Finally ads the pinoles and split tomatoes, let sizzle a little bit with pasta’s water.
Dry pastas (not completely) end the bake into the pan with the sauce.
Serve and dust the grated toasted bread.
