Oysters

The first recipe it’s simply a classic… we don’t know if oyster is aphrodisiac because of their content of glycogen (implied in muscular contraction) or because it’s really expansive!

Oysters: Oyster must be eaten fresh, so open them (you’d better use the appropriate tool), serve on a tray with minced ice end lemon.

Before eating them squeeze lemon on the oyster, if they are alive (and so fresh) they will contract.

p.s. someone suggest to serve with an oil gravy with pepper, salt, garlic and red hot chilli pepper. Whatever a real connoisseur probably won’t appreciate it so much.
